Аnnotation: The purpose of this work is to clarify the relationship of deformation processes observed in building structures with deformations of their bases. The authors used the materials of experimental studies conducted at the Institute of Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the development of tilt-dimensional deformographic equipment. The initial data were obtained by tiltmeters and linear deformation sensors in the basement of the Institute of Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences and on the wall of the third floor of the specified building. The results obtained confirm the presence of synchronous seasonal and diurnal deformations at these points caused by the variation of meteorological factors. There are also significant differences in deformations in two points related to the design features of the building.
