The journal presents a new branch of knowledge, formed at the intersection of geophysics, medicine and biology and dedicated to the study of the impact on the biosphere of various natural and anthropogenic processes.
The methods and results of interdisciplinary studies of the influence of meteorological factors (weather), tectonic and seismic activity (earthquakes), space processes (solar and geomagnetic activity), etc. are described. on animals, humans and their natural environment.
The dynamics of biological, medical and social phenomena and processes is compared with the dynamics of processes in the environments surrounding a person - natural, anthropogenic and social.
General regularities of compared processes, peculiarities of their rhythmic structure are considered. The issues of creating a unified state system of integrated systemic environmental monitoring are being discussed.
