Аnnotation: The article considers peculiarities of seismic microzoning on permafrost. Due to the complexity of taking into account all changes in seismic properties of dispersed soils under the influence of climatic and anthropogenic factors, it is proposed to take frozen rocky soils as the reference soils of the permafrost zone, in relation to which the calculations are carried out by seismic stiffness method. When constructing a generalized model of rocky soil, its seismic properties, lithology, geocryological state, and fracturing of the rock mass should be taken into account. It is shown how the calculated values of seismic intensity increments change when the state of the rocky soil changes from frozen to thawed water-saturated and air-dry.
