Аnnotation: According to seismic zonation maps, Moscow is located in the area of seismic intensity 5, where the maximum seismic effect is expected from remote deep earthquakes of the Vrancea zone (Eastern Carpathians, Romania). In our previous studies, the scenario earthquake for Moscow was defined as the earthquake in the Vrancea zone with a focal depth of 80-150 km, moment magnitude of M
