Аnnotation: The main goal of the work was to provide real time access to high-precision biaxial tiltmeter data via the Internet. The software also provides both real time measurement visualization and long-term data storage. One of the solution key features is utilization of specialized data transfer protocol SeedLink which provides the losseless data delivery with minimal transmission overhead. Using secure virtual private network over IPv4 protects data transmission and simplifies access to the device. The solution was tested on two tiltmeters located inside the building of the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPE RAS). Further device testing under unstable power and communication conditions is planned. Therefore, the software was ported for operation on energy-efficient ARM computers. We have performed data transmission routines tests through local area network as well as cellular wide area networks. The data is available online in real time with Seedlink protocol and web-based graphs in addition to file archives on IPE RAS website at http://data.ifz.ru.
