Аnnotation: The results of temporal variations observations in the dynamic parameters of seismic waves recorded by the Mikhnevo small-aperture seismic group, located in the central part of the East European Platform, are presented. The sources of seismic vibrations were explosions in quarries, the paths of seismic rays from which pass in the submeridional and sublatitudinal directions relative to the group. It is shown that in the conditions of the weakly seismic territory of the East European Platform, there are changes in the stress-strain state of the environment, which are reflected in variations in the dynamic parameters of seismic waves. The azimuthal anisotropy of the studied parameters has been established. Based on the analysis of the geological and structural features of the study area, it is shown that the identified azimuthal differences can be explained by the regional stress field, the heterogeneity of the geological structure, and the availability of deep fault zones, separating blocks of the Earth’s crust along the path of seismic rays.
