Аnnotation: Based on the method of seismic entropy, the seismic system “Armenia” with a threshold magnitude of 6.2 has been identified, which makes it possible to monitor the nucleation of strong earthquakes in the magnitude range 6.2 ≤ M < 6.6 and assess the seismic situation in Armenia and neighboring countries. The study of energy and track diagrams revealed the “fan-shaped” tectonics of stress concentration with the apex in the Kurdistan knot. The analysis of entropy accumulation in seismic cycles for the hierarchy of seismic systems of the Armenian Highlands has been carried out and prognostic criteria have been revealed. The results are compared with the dynamics of the Akhurian Reservoir filling from 1983 to 2016.
