Аnnotation: As a result of studies using local seismic stations in the epicentral area of ML = 6.1 the Bachatskoe earthquake was found that the seismic process area is closely connected to an open mine workings, and earthquakes are extended in the depth from the cut bed up to 4-5 km. Also sediment basin adjacent to the cut was activated. Seismic regime of induced activation is continuous and not stationary. Periods of the background level of seismicity with low energy strongest earthquakes and decreasing the frequency of weak events appearance, and periods of activation with strong earthquakes and increased the frequency of the weak events appearance are allocated. The duration of seismic activities is 1-3 months. Four seismic activations have been recorded over the last five years, and three of them were generated by large earthquakes: 19.02.2012, ML = 4.3; 04.05.2013, ML = 3.9; 18.06.2013, ML = 6.1. Last activation was completed a series of perceptible earthquakes with local magnitude 3.0-3.5. The orientation of the nodal planes of Bachatskoe earthquake focal mechanism corresponds to the direction of technogenic impact. Earthquakes near the cut are being formed to a single process in the space, with differing from the natural seismicity b -value of Guttenberg-Richter relationship and from overall structural regularities of natural seismicity in the Altai-Sayan mountain area. The findings suggest that Bachatskoe earthquake and associated activation are man-made earthquakes with a fairly large energy.
