Аnnotation: The development of a technique for automatically detecting natural layering and fracturing using machine learning methods is considered. The proposed methodology includes procedures for preprocessing, boundary de-tection, and postprocessing. The efficiency of the algorithm was quantitatively shown on test data, and the pro-posed algorithm was evaluated at a qualitative level on real world data.
