Аnnotation: The article describes the results of measurements using a hydrostatic level (HL) with a base of about 10 meters, designed for measurements on a linear basis of 1 km, installed in the premises of the prognostic center of the IPE RAS. Experimental data on the work of the new capacitive transducer with increased dynamic range and sensitivity on the vertical displacement of the liquid level 0.1 µm and tested the expansion vessel, the measured time constant HL, which amounted to 110 with the given spectral analysis of observations with a duration of 3 months. A new HL scheme is proposed, which includes volumes to compensate for the influence of temperature changes, necessary for the construction of a long-base version of the device. The results of the studies allow us to approach the implementation of the scheme of the device with a linear base of 1 km in the tunnel of the state scientific center “TRINITY”.
