Аnnotation: For geodynamically active regions of Earth, the task of geophysical monitoring is very urgent. Geodynamic processes act on geophysical properties and fields. The problem of magnetotelluric field separating into an endogenous and exogenous component is solved successfully formerly. It makes possible to detect moment of cracks propagation, but so far without active area locating. For this locating, it is allowed to monitor of seismoacoustic field, which relates with cracks propagation too. In the paper, it describes development and testing of three-axis gradient system for seismoacoustic data acquisition. System is low-cost and composed of 18 seismic sensor, multichannel commutator, laptop with LPT port and audio input, matching units. Hardware and software features, as well as requirements are examined in detail. System testing behavior on stationary observation points of Research Station of RAS in Bishkek city and acquisition data example are given. The use of gradient system allows to separate sources in it direction, due to presence of one vertical and two transversal components
