Аnnotation: Analytical relief’s models are build from the functional dependencies for the description of the Earth’s surface. The models of such a kind can be used in various scopes of the human activities, for example in geomorphology, gravimetry, geodesy. The main goal of this paper is to estimate the possibility of the implementation of analytical relief models of different complexity level. The modified S-approximations of three regions of Spain are created. The analysis of the model parameter dependence on the relief’s character is fulfilled.
