Аnnotation: The results of the analysis of the sequence of earthquakes, the accumulation of cumulative seismic energy, the time of occurrence of earthquakes of different classes, the distribution of earthquakes in time along and across the junction zone of the Tien Shan and Pamir are presented according to detailed seismic observations at the Garm test site in 1955-1991. The dynamics of the seismicity of the region in the area of convergence of the Eurasian and Hindustan lithospheric plates is characterized by a hierarchy of seismic nonlinear cycles, alternation of periods with relatively high and low rates of accumulation of the number of earthquakes of different energies, migration, dynamic segmentation and sectorization of seismogenic zones. It is noted that the parameters of seismicity dynamics make it possible to assess the trends in the development of seismic processes, which can be used to assess seismic hazard.
