Аnnotation: The aim of the research is to estimate peculiarities of the bio-effectiveness of the geomagnetic activity in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic (March-April, 2020), and to reveal specific factors of the space weather that impact the sensitivity of myocard of healthy volunteers to a geomagnetic activity in the given term. For the first time, in healthy volunteers there has been investigated the bio-effectiveness of geomagnetic activity. There were persons with the initial myocard disorder caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The research duration was 2 months (March-April, 2020) with the daily control of the t -wave coefficient in a phase portrait of an electrocardiogram, daily Kp -index of the geomagnetic activity, dynamical solar wind pressure, Bz -components of interplanetary magnetic field and the Sun radiation with the wave length of 10.7 cm. there have been two types of responds of the cardiovascular system revealed - immediate (typical to cardio sensitive volunteers) and postponed (for cardio non-sensitive persons). The analysis of the extended spectrum of the space weather parameters allowed, for the first time, to determine the combination and the value of geophysical features of geomagnetic activity that cause postponed response in cardio non-sensitive persons (for 1-2 days): the daily Kp -index was over 20 relative units, dynamical solar wind pressure was over 2.0 nPa and negative value of Bz -components of interplanetary magnetic field.
