Аnnotation: The aim of the research is to studying the effect of natural environmental physical factors on cognitive functions and physiological mechanisms of adaptation of cadets of naval institute with military-training experience. 42 cadets of the first course of Naval institute in autumnal period were investigated. Registration of electroencephalography, parameters of heart rate variability and finger photoplethysmographical characteristics of cardiovascular system was used simultaneously with psychophysiological tests. It’s established that increasing of background x-ray radiation of A class positively correlates with efficiency of spatial orientation. The weak strengthening of solar activity causes the increasing of efficiency of selective attention, verbal-logical thinking, short-term memory and provokes the increasing of bioelectric activity of sensomotorical cortex in the left hemisphere of the brain. At the same time decreasing of activity in sensomotorical cortex in the right hemisphere correlates with increasing of electron’s stream more than 2 MeV and decreasing of atmospheric air temperature. Strengthening of atmospheric pressure, solar and geomagnetic activity, decreasing of cosmic rays energy correlates with reduction of heart rate variability and increasing of loading of adaptable mechanisms in all cognitive tasks. The increasing of proton’s stream more than 10 MeV positively correlates with vascular tone in quiescence. The increasing of background x-ray radiation of A class correlates with decreasing of vascular tone in sensomotorical tasks of tracking moving objects.
