Аnnotation: The publications devoted to a phenomenon of the «axial age» have been analyzed in interdisciplinary basis. It was noticed that on synchronous «bursts» of the creativity - analogues of «axial age» events for XV and XVII centuries in the Europe, India and China - coincided with large minima of Solar activity. Therefore, possible relation between other Solar secular minima and the creativity has been studied. A stimulation of the creativity in rational sphere have been revealed during such minima. More accurate estimation of main «axial age»’ dates were made using statistical approach. It has been found that the most important peak of the creativity during «axial age» coincide with solar minima 360 year BC. The correlation considered as well Spörer and Maunder effects might be explained as the action of Chijevsky’ psychotropic factor. This cosmic factor influences upon the Biosphere globally. That is why the «bursts» of the innovations might be revealed during «axial age» also in other cultural regions. Some examples are presented. The most important features of psychotropic factor are discussed using the data of classical cycles of Solar activity - 11, 22 and 60 years. The results published about hallucinations, creativity (in short scale) and the variations in style signs in fine arts have been considered. The existence of some intellectual isomorphic elements between different regions during «axial age» have been discussed in the context K.G. Yung conception of the synchronicity. Physical nature of Chijevsky’ psychotropic factor has been determined using experimental data in biophysics and neurophysiology. Main conclusion is as follow: the «splashes» of the creativity of «axial age» (and the others) occur as a consequence of direct influence of very low frequency electromagnetic fields of magnetospheric/ionospheric origin and infrasound upon the brain; the same factors influence also on probability of occurrence of gifted men.
